Barbour Wax Cotton

In our continuing efforts to find more men's accessories, we stumbled upon Barbour, a 100-year old British clothier who makes amazing jackets and bags. They claim to be one of the pioneers of WAX COTTON. Barbour was the first to make a wax cotton motorbike jacket in 1908, worn by virtually every rider in the International Motorbike Trials from 1950 to 1970 (including Steve McQueen!!). So now we're really interested. There's been a lot of wax cotton popping up in the market, in both clothing and accessories. Barbour wax cotton's properties allow it to be a truly unique fabrication. The long stapled cotton is waxed with a secret proofing formula which allows each roll of fabric to possess individual character. It's also waterproof, windproof, and thornproof (aka more tear proof than other waterproof materials). And of course, Barbour Wax Cotton has a really great look. Enough said.
